Put it on defrost or switch it to the convection setting. Otherwise we’ll get chewy, crusty Kinja, and nobody wants that.

But a softer Kinja is a good thing when you left your Kinja out for too long and it became stale.

It works best when you spritz the Kinja with water and put it in on reduced power for longer. Trust me.
